Your journey, your pace.

We’re glad you’re here. Whether you are exploring faith for the first time, returning after a long while, or looking for a church to call home, we hope this page helps you feel at ease before your first visit.

What is it like?

At First United Methodist Church of Hanford, you’ll find a welcoming community rooted in grace, compassion, and love. Our worship is centered on Christ and shaped by Scripture, prayer, music, and thoughtful preaching. People of all ages and backgrounds gather here, united by a desire to grow in faith and serve our neighbors.

What about my kids?

Children are a cherished part of our church family. We offer Godly Play for K-6th during the worship service  for children to learn about God in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. Families are always welcome to worship together, and we are happy to help you find the best fit for your children on your visit.

Where do I park?

Convenient parking is available on and near our church campus. If it’s your first time visiting, our greeters will be happy to help guide you and answer any questions when you arrive.

What do I wear?

Come as you are. You’ll see everything from casual attire to more traditional dress. We believe God cares far more about your presence than what you’re wearing.

How can I get connected?
