What should I wear?
Dress is casual and comfortable. Come as you are.
Where should I park?
Feel free to park on the street around the church. Additional parking is available in the
lot between the gas station and the church and behind Bush Construction across Redington Street.
Are the buildings accessible for the disabled?
Our buildings are accessible to all with ramps to main entrances, accessible restrooms in the main building and assisted hearing devices in the
sanctuary.
Can I bring my child into the worship service?
Yes! Children are welcome in both the morning and evening services. There is a children's moment in the morning service and children are
encouraged to stay. Child care is provided during the morning service if you desire. There is a pager system for your peace of mind.
Is there Sunday School?
Sunday School is offered for all ages at 9:00 am. Adults meet in the main building and children and youth in the Education Building.
What is Sunday morning worship like?
Sunday morning at 10:30 am is our blended worship with a mix of traditional and contemporary music.
What is living water?
living water is our Sunday evening service at 7:00 pm, September - May. This is a worship service which offers an interactive and experiential
style of worship each week. Sometimes, it’s a movie or quiet contemplation, or joyful celebration – always musical, casual and meaningful.
Can anyone take Communion?
Communion is open to all. You do not need to be a member of this or any church, only desire a closer relationship with God. We use bread and
grape juice.
Are there opportunities for Spiritual Growth?
Adults are supported in their spiritual growth with opportunities throughout the week for study: Men's Study group - Wednesdays at 8:00 am,
Women's Bible Study - Thursdays at 8:00 am, Adult Study - Wednesdays at 7:00pm, Adult Bible Study - Sundays at 9:00 am.
Are there opportunities for service?
We are seeking to impact our community, and world with our service. There are opportunities throughout the year to be in service. We are also 
part of the Habitat for Humanity efforts in Kings County. Join us in finding ways to serve others and bring the good news of the Gospel to our
community and world.
Are there fellowship opportunities?
We have fellowship groups for men and women – young and old. United Methodist Women meet for service and fellowship. United Methodist
Men meet on the second Monday for dinner and a program. Other events are announced in the newsletter and bulletin.
What about opportunities for youth?
Youth are a full part of our community. Sunday School, Wednesday evening fellowship and learning gatherings, service projects, camp and 
fundraising activities keep them learning and growing, too.
Can I join the choir?
Our adult choir meets Thursday nights at the church at 7:00 pm. New members are always welcome. Choir revs up each year in September.
Choral cantatas are scheduled before Easter and Christmas. All voices are welcome. The ability to read music or have a great voice are not
necessary. Sonshine Singers is our Children’s Choir; practice is at 5:15 on Wednesdays.
What if I am having doubts about my faith?
We welcome those who have questions and are doubting their faith and those who may not have had much experience with religion. We are all
on a journey. We want to be a place for you to ask questions and to explore.
